Where can I use Socioloza?

Socioloza is available in Gauteng and Cape Town. Choose your stations and operators in the app to see the routes available for your commute.

Where do the live updates come from?

Rider check-ins, shared trip locations and community reports help build the real-time picture alongside timetable information. The picture gets better as more people contribute.

Are all arrival times live?

No. Times can be verified, likely, reported or estimated. Look at the confidence label to understand the information you are seeing. A timetable estimate is not a confirmed vehicle position.

Do I have to join the conversation?

No. Social features are opt-in. Follow the alerts you need, set quiet times and use the transit information without joining a chat.

Is the app free?

Yes, Socioloza is free to download. It is available on Google Play, with the App Store and AppGallery coming soon.
