Delete your Socioloza account

You can delete your Socioloza account and data at any time.

Delete it in the app

Open Socioloza, go to Settings, and tap Delete account. You have 30 days to change your mind: sign in again within 30 days and your account is restored. After that it is gone for good.

If you cannot get into the app

Email us at info@movinggauteng.co.za from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you.

What gets removed

Your handle, saved journeys, check-ins, reports and messages are deleted, and you are signed out of Moving Gauteng everywhere.

What stays

Your past transit reports stay on as anonymous updates, with your name taken off, so other riders still benefit. They can no longer be linked back to you.
